Neapolitan-born but moved to Rome for years the family Di Donna began his adventure in this quaint restaurant trasteverino in June of '99. None of them had experience in the field behind, but Dad Rino had such a passion for cooking that involved everyone. And so, when you introduce 'the occasion, the great dream was realized and the local management was entrusted to Elisa, her daughter, until that moment engaged in the field of tourism. Of course, even apart from the competition, the choice was quickly mix between that of the Roman dishes and Neapolitan cuisine.
