Albert and Henry, have been together during their entire life. For them, the most important thing above all is friendship. Despite they are from Amatrice, when they were young they arrive in Rome. Hard working during some years, they learnt the perfect know-how about their work.
After working some years in London and Paris, they came to Italy where they decided to open a small bar in 1982. Along some yars, the little bar became into the Quinzi & Gabrieli Restaurant, due to its good cook and renown.
Over the years there have been many changes, its cuisine has evolved in a natural way but also because of the culinary trends of the moment. Of note, the aesthetic and substantial changes in their restaurant, which features fresh from the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome; his restaurant is located in the Palace of Boccapaudli dating from 1400, and they, respect the most of this privilege aware of the value and importance of this location.
