CIRCO MASSIMO – ROCK IN ROMA

Måneskin, among the 15 most listened to artists in the world on Spotify with more than 49.9 million monthly listeners and over 2 and a half billion total streams on all digital platforms, announce a special concert-event in the prestigious and historic setting of the Circo Massimo in Rome, scheduled for Saturday, July 9, 2022, as part of ROCK IN ROMA.
After climbing the international charts Måneskin return triumphant in the city that saw them born, for a precious appointment in one of the most popular venues ever: the Circus Maximus in Rome, a few minutes from Via del Corso, the scene of live performances in the street that marked their first steps.
The announcement came during the event at which the band was awarded the 'Lupa Capitolina', Rome's highest honour for distinguished figures in the field of culture and society, previously awarded to names such as Gigi Proietti, Paolo Sorrentino, Nino Manfredi, Renato Zero, Laura Biagiotti, Ezio Bosso, Giorgio Armani and recently the Italian national team winner of the UEFA Euro 2020 Championship with coach Roberto Mancini, as well as international personalities such as Woody Allen, Richard Gere, Ridley Scott, Meryl Streep.
