It is called "Daniele Silvestri Teatri 2022" and on 2 December next year it will stop off at Cagliari's Teatro Massimo with all its power of sounds, music and words. The announcement was made by the Roman musician himself, who wrote on social media: "I'm already not particularly inclined to make long-term plans," said the artist. "I would even say that I'm dedicated to the exact opposite, dangerously attracted to last-minute decisions... So why, right now when the whole world can't and won't make plans, am I announcing what I'm going to do in a year's time? Maybe it's a reaction, or maybe it's just that I'm getting old. I don't know. But I like it.
An acclaimed artist from the OTR stable, Silvestri, who hasn't been on the island since August 2020, on the occasion of the extraordinary success of the "La cosa giusta" tour, then revealed the emotion of a choice that will bring him back to perform live: "Announcing a calendar of new dates is always an exciting thing for those who do this job, whether it's a month before or a year before. For those of us who live for that moment, seeing that list of dates and venues is a horizon of hope, a promise of joy". So far, fifteen dates have been announced for the next tour, although the singer-songwriter himself has said that many other new dates will be announced in the coming weeks.
Small previews also of the new recording project, which could see the release of the first tracks in the coming months: 'In the meantime, I continue to work in silence, for now, on the new album. New stories and new songs, which in those theatres at the end of 2022 will be dressed in new lights and will trace in their own small way yet another page of our lives. Lucky lives because we still manage to dream and see horizons. This is mine.
