Roberto Bolle danced in lago dei cigno and Romeo and Juliet at the Royal Albert Hall in London for the English National Ballet, directed by Derek Deane and in 2000 in the Ave Verum, on Mozart's music at the Vienna Opera and in the staging of Aida at the pyramids of Giza for the 10th anniversary of the Cairo opera, followed by the performance at the Arena of Verona, broadcast worldwide. In 1999 he became a "goodwill ambassador" for UNICEF, for which he participated in a trip made in 2006 to southern Sudan and one in November 2010 in the Central African Republic.
