The hall of the stem is an area of over 300 square meters in the auditorium, which permanently houses 161 works by the Ministry of Heritage and Culture bought from the heirs of Maestro Giuseppe Sinopoli.



The 161 works on display are mainly ceramics, covering a period between the nineteenth and the third century BC, examples of the production Minoan, Mycenaean, Geometric, Corinthian, laconic, Greek East, Attic black-figure and red-figure Italiot red and indigenous pottery production Daunia (Apulia).
They are also exposed: a Cycladic marble vase production (3200-2700 BC), ceramic and bronze Etruscan Magna Greek and a considerable number of terracotta Age Minoan and Mycenaean to the Hellenistic period.

It is mainly votive statuettes representation deities and followers, but also animals (cattle, a pigeon).

Among the statues is a fragmentary stone kouros, archaic Cypriot report production.
Of exceptional quality samples attributable to the production floor: there are works by leading artists in the black, including Lydos, the painter of Lysippides, members from the Nikostenes and the painters of Attic red-figure, such as painters and Syleus Eretria.
