Established in 1990, Sandy Hostel has grown up to be one of the most popular and well respected hostels in Rome. Since the hostel opened, it has been recommended in all the major guide books throughout the world which highlight hostels and Rome and we suppose that there is a good reason!

The hostel is located in a nice quiet area, close to the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. Our Hostel is a budget-wise place to crash close to the main sights, in the heart of Rome, with several transportation options close by(underground, buses, etc.).

Our international atmosphere and friendly, English speaking staff, help to make us a backpacker's paradise. We work hard to help our guests enjoy their stay in Rome. With maps and all the necessary information, including Walking and Bus tours, our goal is to make the traveler feel right at home.
The hostel is easily accessed from Termini main station, just a short walk away.
