L'appartamento è situato a pochi minuti dal centro di Roma, a 50 metri dal capolinea della metropolitana Linea A " Anagnina/Battistini ", nelle immediate vicinanze del grande Parco dell'Appio Claudio, ad 1 fermata di metro dagli Studi di Cinecittà , a pochi km dai “Castelli Romani” e dalla “Via dei Laghi”. E', inoltre, vicino al G.R.A. , a 5 km dall'aeroporto di Ciampino, a 20 km da quello di Fiumicino.
E' un secondo ed ultimo piano appena ristrutturato tutto in parquet, composto da salone doppio, camera, cameretta, cucina abitabile attrezzata con tutti gli utensili necessari, bagno con vasca ed un ampio terrazzo. Ha il riscaldamento autonomo e in ogni stanza i condizionatori.
La camera ha un letto matrimoniale, nella cameretta c'è un letto singolo e nel salone un divano letto matrimoniale per un totale di 4/5 posti letto; in ogni caso, qualora vi fosse l'esigenza di aggiungere un letto, il posto non manca.

You will be staying out of the noises of the City Center and you can reach downtown in less than 15 minutes and have the chance to visit all the most interesting places of Rome. Just one stop and you are in Cinecittà Square (studios) and near a big commercial center where you can doing your shopping. The accommodation is also near the G.R.A. (Grande Raccordo Anulare) and not far from the beautiful Roman Castles. The apartment is well connected also with the University (Tor Vergata is 2 km far)
The flat, completely renovated, is at the second floor. There are 2 double rooms and a single room, 1 toilette with bathrooms, 1 kitchen as all well supplied with sink, refrigerator and cooker and a big terrace where is possible have lunch/dinner. Every single room is air conditioned furnished, and additional bed is available on request .
