General conditions:
Minumun rental is one day: 9a.m. - 7.30 p.m.. Fuel extra. Maintenance and
replacement only within the city walls.
The client is liable for parking and traffic violation. The vehicle must be returned in
the fixed date, otherwise extension of rental be notofied within 24 hours.
Should the vehicle be returned before that date the client will not be refunded.
Traffic rules:
P.zza di Spagna, Pantheon, P.zza Navona, Trevi Fountain and all sideworks
are for pedistrian only; yellow lanes are reserved for pubblic transport; bidden and may
result in payment of traffic fines.
By law 50cc vehicles are for one person only and crash helmets are compulsory failure to
comply with the law may result in your paying up to 500,000 lira fines and/or in siezure
of the vehicle for which you shall have to refund us.
Insurance:
All vehicles are covered by third party liability insurance. Always lock your
vehicle; in case of theft you will be responsable for 25% of its commercial value.
