"ON REQUEST" PROGRAMS
It is always possible to realise suitable courses and programs for individuals or groups with specific needs. It is also possible for us to execute published programs on different dates if requested at least one month in advance.

DETAILED INFORMATION LIST
For most of our programs, courses, hautes routes, climbing week, trekking, etc., detailed information lists are
available. They contain day-by-day programs (when possible), rendezvous, outfit list, costs and any other useful information. Ask for it.

EQUIPMENT
In order to have a safe and pleasant activity, members have to be correctly equipped and dressed, especially with correct shoes.

When needed, we provide free of charge for group members only, ropes, carabiners, harnesses, ice-axes,
crampons, helmets and canyoning wetsuits. Mountain skiing gear (skis, skins, beepers) can be rented from some
sport stores.

DIFFICULTY LEVELS
A clear and immediate description of our activities is given by a graphic symbol system. Approach programs, open
to everybody are clearly indicated. Each program is classified according to type of environment (four items), technical difficulty and physical difficulty (three degrees).

· A) low altitude (cliff climbing, canyoning, some trekking)

· B) alpine rock (Gran Sasso, Dolomites)

· C) alpine snow and ice (Winter Apennines, Western Alps)

· D) very high altitude (Andes, Himalayas)

Difficulty

· I) Approach and discover the high mountains. Members are required to be in fairly good physical condition, correctly equipped and resolved to go higher. High mountain trekking, alpine glacier hautes routes, easy mountain climbs.

· II) Classic mountaineering or technical courses. Some courses are slightly more difficult physically and tecnically. Some easy climbs (within grade III), length and duration improvement can be found in the indicated programs. As in climbing courses, some dexterity qualities may be required.
