In the main building there is a wide and comfortable hall, a good bar, a large elegant and efficient restaurant with good food and typical italian cuisine. A plentiful breakfast is served as a buffet.

The Park Hotel Residence Blanc et Noir already has two modern conference halls with 180 and 30 seats. they are situated just a few yards away from the hotel complex inside a building which belongs to the "Gruppo Garofalo". They also own the Park Hotel, 15 nursing homes situated in Rome and in the north of Italy, a regional TV channel, a five stars hotel housed in a castle in Sabina and another residence in the Monteverde neighbourhood.
