In the main building there are 90 rooms on the floors. All the rooms are finely decorated with ochre yellow soft furnishings. The rooms also have a fine small balcony, a bathroom with tub and shower, telephone, TV, hairdryer and air conditioning.

Another modern structure with 80 two roomed flats with marriage room and living room is under construction.
